About Me
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Southern California with the constant itch to travel. When I was 6 months old, my parents flew with me around the world, making stops in their hometowns of Delhi and Taipei to meet my extended families. Sprinkled throughout my childhood were trips to Europe and Southeast Asia with my family where we had first hand experiences with different cultures and lifestyles.
After attending University of California in Irvine and getting stuck in a corporate environment, I decided to break out of my sheltered life and move to New York City. I currently live in Brooklyn and have unconventionally taken time away from working a full time job in Events to travel more.
Now, onto why I created this blog/resource:
Throughout my travels, I've learned that traveling isn't about the pictures you take, but the memories behind those pictures. It's all about the experience - the sights, the smells, the tastes (!!) and the ultimate reward, the feelings that change your perspective of the world. And the older I become, the more I realize that I don't want my memories to be tainted by the discomforts of traveling.
Thus, the start of this blog to share with you tips of how to travel in comfort so you can make the most of your adventures...
